The fatigue. The frustration. The feeling that nothing worked anymore.
But instead of ignoring it or numbing out, I got curious.
I started tracking patterns.
I dove into everything from The Three Magic Words to The 4-Hour Work Week and The 50th Law of Power.
Not because I needed more tactics — but because I needed better timing.
Every page echoed the same truth:
It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing what’s right, when it’s right.
It’s not always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about doing the right thing at the right time.
I learned how powerful timing is.
I studied circadian rhythms.
I became obsessed with the when, not the what.
And then it hit me:

I even started instilling this in my kids.
We have a saying in our house:
